Israel is a pioneer in cyber warfare and will host the 'Defensive Cyberspace Operations & Intelligence Conference' in Tel Aviv on April 8 and 9.

Updated version of the National Cyber Security Research Agenda (NCSRA) released

The government of the Netherlands has presented the new National Cyber Security Research Agenda (NCSRA II) with a strong emphasis on offensive operational cyber activities. The NCSRA II serves as the guiding document for cyber security research proposals in the Netherlands and can be downloaded from: http://www.nctv.nl/Images/ncsra-ii_tcm126-521030.pdf

The NCSRA II is a very interesting read.
